We are also a licensed cigar and tobacco importer, exporter, and distributor. Import, Export, and Distribution
Cigar Inc. is more than a retailer. We are a federally permitted importer and export warehouse proprietor, and a licensed distributor of cigars, tobacco products, and luxury cigar accessories, operating from Los Angeles with an established distribution network reaching the Middle East, the Gulf, and international duty free.
For a manufacturer or a brand owner, that means a single partner who can take a product from the factory to the shelf. We handle the licensing, the compliance, the import and export documentation, the warehousing, the brand presentation, and the sell through, in the United States and abroad.
We hold a Federal Tobacco Importer Permit, number CA-TI-40094, issued by the U.S. Treasury Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau under 26 U.S.C. Chapter 52, effective 14 May 2026 through 13 May 2031. It authorizes us to import tobacco products and processed tobacco into the United States under our own permit.
We hold a TTB Export Warehouse Permit, number EW-CA-20007, issued under 26 U.S.C. Chapter 52 and effective 14 May 2026. It authorizes us to operate a federally bonded export warehouse at our Woodland Hills premises, receiving and holding tobacco products for export. We ship to our distribution partners and accounts in the Middle East, the Emirates, and Turkish airport duty free, and documentation, labelling, and shipping are handled in house.
We hold a California Cigarette and Tobacco Products Distributor's License, number 223131808, a California Tobacco Product Distributor's License, number 239-909024, and a California Cigarette and Tobacco Products Retailer's License, number 207403168.
Climate controlled storage for cigars, plus pick, pack, and ship for both wholesale accounts and direct to consumer orders, with age verification at checkout and on delivery.

El Septimo
Cigar Inc. is the exclusive distributor of El Septimo for the Middle East, and a luxury flagship for the brand in the United States. We hold one of the deepest El Septimo selections available anywhere, and we support the brand across retail, gifting, and collector releases.
The OpusX Project
The OpusX Project is a collaboration between Brizard & Co. and Maccarrone, created for Arturo Fuente OpusX. It brings together lacquered humidors, leather and exotic skin cigar cases, and lighters, all carrying OpusX artwork and craftsmanship.
Cigar Inc. is the exclusive distributor of the OpusX Project humidors and cigar cases. The project also includes a lighter produced with S.T. Dupont, made for Arturo Fuente with OpusX artwork. Cigar Inc. is the exclusive distributor of the OpusX Project lighters in Dubai, held in very limited quantity.
Arturo Fuente
Cigar Inc. is the distributor of Arturo Fuente for Turkey airport duty free, covering Istanbul and other Turkish airports. This is an airport duty free territory, and one of the most demanding retail environments in the world for a premium cigar brand.
Brizard & Co.
Cigar Inc. is a reseller and distributor of Brizard & Co. in the United States and the Middle East. Brizard & Co. produces some of the finest cigar cases, humidors, lighters, cutters, and leather goods in the industry, and we carry the range at retail and supply it to accounts across our territories.
La Aurora
Cigar Inc. is the distributor of La Aurora in the Middle East, in Dubai and the Emirates. Founded in 1903, La Aurora is the oldest cigar factory in the Dominican Republic, and one of the most respected names in premium cigars.
Maccarrone
Cigar Inc. is an official United States distributor of Maccarrone, jointly with Brizard & Co. Maccarrone is one of the two houses behind the OpusX Project, and a maker of exceptional cigar accessories in its own right.
Kiki Momo
Cigar Inc. is the distributor of Kiki Momo in the Middle East, and the exclusive distributor of Kiki Momo in California, Nevada, and Georgia. Kiki Momo is an example of what we do for a growing brand: retail placement, wholesale accounts, marketing, and a route into a second continent.

We hold the exclusive on the OpusX Project humidors and cigar cases, and on the OpusX Project lighters in Dubai. We placed Arturo Fuente into Turkish airport duty free. We carry La Aurora in Dubai and the Emirates. We took Kiki Momo into the Middle East and into California, Nevada, and Georgia.
