2. Condition of Products: Only unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be eligible for return.

4. Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returned items.

5. Engraved, Personalized, and Customized Items – Final Sale: All items ordered with engraving, personalization, customization, or other customer-requested modifications are final sale. These items are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund. Once engraving, personalization, or customization is requested as part of an order, both the product and the related service are non-refundable and non-returnable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Pre-Order and Special-Order Items – Final Sale: All pre-order and special-order items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund. Pre-order and special-order products may be specifically sourced, reserved, manufactured, or ordered based on the customer's purchase and may not normally be held in our available inventory. By placing a pre-order or special order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the purchase is final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
